At Inovexus, Harsh focuses on growing and engaging the investor community, helping connect founders with the right mentors and investors across the US, Europe, and India. He works across the full investor journey, from initial outreach to onboarding and supporting deal participation. What excites him most is being at the intersection of great founders and the right capital, helping both find each other at the right moment.

He holds a Master’s in Management from ESSEC Business School and began his career at Schneider Electric as a Corporate Strategic Intelligence Analyst. This experience shaped his understanding of market dynamics and gave him exposure to both large corporates and startup ecosystems across Europe and India.

Outside of work, Harsh is a film enthusiast and music explorer, always on the lookout for something new to watch or listen to.
