Damian is part of the core team at inovexus, where he leads startup sourcing and community building across the DACH region. He brings close to two decades of experience across B2B tech, enterprise sales, and venture – having worked with founders, corporates, and investors on both sides of the table.

Prior to inovexus, Damian spent nearly a decade at Open as App as one of the first employees, growing the platform to 250+ business accounts across 50 countries and leading the company through its M&A exit. Before that, he founded and sold a consumer tech company. He is particularly drawn to emerging technology categories and the messy work of making them stick inside organizations.
He lives between Munich and Lake Constance, where he also runs a portfolio of vacation rental properties.
