Aïmen is part of the core team at Inovexus, where he focuses on fundraising advisory for early-stage European B2B tech startups. He leads investment-readiness assessments, builds end-to-end fundraising materials, and works hands-on with founders through their Series A journeys, from pitch deck to closed round.
His path into venture was shaped by a finance education across three countries (France, UK, and Taiwan) at ESCP Business School and Université Catholique de Lille, giving him early exposure to cross-border deal dynamics and capital markets thinking. He went on to build his foundation in investment banking at BNP Paribas CIB on a €653m M&A sell-side transaction, then in VC at Bpifrance, before joining Chausson Finance, one of France’s leading fundraising advisory firms, where he supported a full Series A process and contributed to The French AI Report 2024.
At Inovexus, he has contributed to 3 closed rounds across Biotech, WaterTech, and Hospitality, and is currently active on several ongoing raises including a €40m PropTech Series A. What excites him most is the operational depth of the work: modeling unit economics, pressure-testing GTM strategies, and helping founders tell a story that resonates with the right investors.
When he’s not in deal flow, Aïmen is building, currently developing AI-powered automation tools to make the fundraising process sharper and more data-driven.
